St Barts Finance are looking to recruit a self-motivated and confident Receptionist / Trainee Mortgage Administrator into our team.

The Role

Reception and Administration Duties – Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant staff in the office, greeting clients when they visit the office, making them drinks as and when required and showing the clients through to the relevant advisers’ offices.

You will also be taught to assist with administrative work relating to Mortgages and Insurance applications which will include scanning and filing of documents. This small, busy office environment requires a proactive approach to tasks and the ability to take ownership when necessary.

You must have good organizational skills, be able to multi task and be a quick a learner.

No previous experience is necessary.
