We are a family business looking for a full time office administrator.

Work is based at a food manufacturing site in Watford WD24 7GP.

We are looking for the person to start as soon as possible.

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

No agencies.

Hours of work will be from 7am to 5pm. Please do not apply if these hours do not suit you.

The person we are looking for:

Very good at Excel, Word and Outlook.

Good interpersonal & communication skills – as you will be answering the phone a lot, it is imperative that your English reading, writing and speaking is exceptionally good (any level of spoken Romanian is an advantage).

Confident, friendly and has an approachable manner.

Very organized, tidy and reliable.

Able to work on own initiative as well as under direction.

Has a valid, unlimited work permit.

Previous office or admin experience is crucial to this role.

Fast learner, accurate and able to adapt to changing situations.

Willing to deal with any problems / complaints.

The job will include:

Answering calls and dealing with customers over the telephone.

Taking and processing orders.

Updating various spreadsheets in Excel.

Supplier invoices.

Filing, post & banking.

Personal assistant to the two directors.

Sales administration - so if you have a bit of a background in sales that would be an advantage.

Other ad hoc activities may be required by the business.
